The 2016 Reserve Cabernet is opaque, deep, dark red in color with aromas of rich and reserved dark plum, black cherry, and cassis followed by cocoa bean, vanilla, caramel, a hint of violets and cedar with a deep note of dark chocolate. The palate shows layers of dried black cherry, fleshy ripe plum, and firm, full and fine tannins. Flavors of smoky, toasted oak and exotic spice compliment this weighty and full big wine.
